1. Introduction
By accessing tahananresort.com or making a reservation with Tahanan Resort, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
2. Reservations & Booking
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, depending on the booking method.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
- Please ensure all guest details provided at the time of booking are accurate. Tahanan Resort is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the guest.
3. Payment
- Rates are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Tahanan Resort reserves the right to modify rates at any time. Confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent rate changes.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: full refund of deposit.
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund of deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: no refund.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
5. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
- Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in for all guests.
6. Guest Conduct
Tahanan Resort is a place of rest, nature, and community. We ask all guests to:
- Respect the property, its surroundings, and fellow guests
- Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- Refrain from bringing outside alcohol onto the property without prior arrangement
- Treat staff with courtesy and respect at all times
Tahanan Resort reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises without refund if conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or damaging to the property or community.
7. Damage & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, rooms, or equipment during their stay.
- Tahanan Resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
- Guests participate in any on-site activities at their own risk.
8. Animals & Environment
- Pets are not permitted on the property unless explicitly approved in advance.
- Guests are expected to respect the natural environment surrounding the resort. Littering, damage to vegetation, or harm to local wildlife will not be tolerated.
9. Force Majeure
Tahanan Resort shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will make every effort to offer rebooking or credit.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on tahananresort.com — including text, images, and branding — is the property of Tahanan Resort and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your stay or use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Siquijor, Philippines.
12. Amendments
Tahanan Resort reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at tahananresort.com. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
